Mahindra shared its plans on manufacturing Jawa bikes back in 2016, also the company bought 60 percent stakes in Classic legends Private Limited. To remind you about the same, this company owns BSA and also has a license agreement with Jawa Moto for India, and in some other Asian parts. Mahindra is making plans to introduce Jawa motorcycles in India, and meanwhile, the company has already introduced new Jawa 350 Special in the Czech Republic motorbike market.
Jawa 350 Special design
Talking in terms of design and looks, the motorcycle looks purely inspired from the old racing motorcycle of the brand. Design elements like huge fairing, chrome bits, retro paint scheme and old-school silhouette give the bike a true classic racer look. It also comprises of classic design elements such as rounded headlight cowl, twin upswept exhausts, flat seat and café racer-like tail section.
Jawa 350 Special engine and specification
The bike has the same parallel-twin air-cooled engine seen on the 350 OHC. The engine has been manufactured by the China-based firm, Shinray, and received Delphi’s fuel injection system,. This 397cc engine puts out close to 27.7hp at 6,500rpm and a maximum torque figure of 30.6Nm coming in at 5,000rpm.
Jawa 359 Special launch in India
It is hard to tell if the company will even make way to the India market or not but the company will soon launch one or another Jawa bike very soon.
