Bajaj Pulsar 220 modified to look like a Husqvarna Supermoto

Bajaj Pulsar 220 is one of the most famous street bikes in India. Bajaj has been able to sell this bike in heaps, and this bike has been a fairly successful product not only in India but also in foreign markets. Recently we saw a picture of a mod job on a bike that looked clean, good enough to fool people it being a supermoto. But it’s only when a look is given to its engine department that it reveals that it is not what it looks. Folks at Motoroids covered a news around the same, writing that it in fact is a Bajaj Pulsar modified to fit in to a supermoto avatar.
The motorcycle seen in the picture is from Indonesia where someone certainly sourced its engine from a Bajaj Pulsar while rest of the components were taken from super moto market. Things like wheels, tyres and suspension, were as seen on a Kawasaki KLX 150. Also all these components have been built to fit to a Pulsar 220’s frame. Our question is, the bike has been fitted with rather costly components like these KLX sources suspensions and wheels, then why a Pulsar 220 engine that can barely match up to the performance level of the entire thing? The bike at least deserved a KTM 200 Duke’s engine if nothing less.
