The Pune based automaker, Bajaj Auto pulled the plugs on its highly famous Pulsar NS200 sometime back but now the reports suggest that the bike is about to make a comeback and this time it will come along with quite a few upgrades like the BS-IV compliant engine, ABS, new color paint scheme but fuel injection will still be missing on the new bike. The bike is expected to make a comeback in the late January 2017.
As per the official reports, there will be no change in the performance figures of the bike and expect the same power and torque output from the new 2017 Pulsar 200 NS. It will run on the same 199.5cc 4-stroke, SOHC 4-valve, liquid cooled, single cylinder engine that churns out 23.17 bhp at 9500 rpm with maximum torque of 18.3 nm at 8000 rpm.
The bike will also carry the same design and appearance, just the paint scheme and stickers will be fresh. The 2017 Bajaj Pulsar 200 NS price, when launched, is expected to be around Rs 1 lakh. The bike will compete with the TVS’s latest 200cc Apache, the Apache RTR 200 4V. More information on the bike will be out soon. Stay tuned for more similar updates from the auto world.
