Bajaj Auto has today launched the all new Dominar 400 at an unbelievable price tag of Rs. 1.36 lakh (Ex-showroom, Delhi) for non-ABS variant. The ABS version of the Dominar 400 costs around Rs 1.50 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi).
Speaking at the launch, Eric Vas, President, Motorcycle Business, Bajaj Auto said, “We believe that a high-quality product with the latest technology and offering high performance should be accessible, unlike what many think that high quality and premiumness is also expensive. The bike as expected derives its power from the 373.2cc DTS-i single cylinder, liquid cooled, 4-valve engine. This powertrain pulls out 34.5bhp at 8000rpm and 35Nm of torque at 8500rpm. The engine comes paired with a 6-speed transmission gearbox. The bike is capable of crossing 0-100km/hr in just 8.70 seconds. The company claims an overall fuel efficiency of around 30km/lt to 35km/lt and once brimmed up the bike can cover a maximum distance of around 370kms.
