New Triumph Speed Twin spotted

The British motorcycle maker, triumph has already introduced quite a few new motorcycles this year including the latest Bonneville Street Cup. Now the manufacturer has been caught testing the new bike expected to be called as Speed Twin. The bike is supposed to be the street fighter version of the Thruxton motorcycle which has already spied getting tested on its home grounds.

Being an iteration to its highly famous Thruxton R, the bike will supposedly carry the same engine which is 1200cc engine churning out immense 112Nm of torque. Apart from the engine, the bike also utilizes the same double cradle frame, Ohlins suspension and Brembo brake units as seen on the Thruxton R.

The bike clearly gets a different street bike inspired styling and the new twin-eye headlamp just gives the front a smashing look that will certainly lure many bike enthusiasts around the world. Seating position has been revised to be more comfortable, it’s tall and flat handlerbar will ensure the ride doesn’t get an ache every time it saddles up the bike. We do not hope the bike to be launched anywhere before late 2017. Stay tuned for more updates.
