KTM has unveiled the new 790 Duke concept at the ongoing EICMA show in Italy. The new 790 Duke is in the prototype form and like all concepts from KTM, the new 790 Duke looks killer in terms of looks. The design clearly shows KISKA’s brilliance in each and every element of the 790 Duke. In terms of mechanicals, the bike is driven by the new LC8c engine where ‘c’ stands for compact. The power figures have not yet been revealed by the company but as expected KTM will be targeting around 90bhp of power from this engine.
The 790 Duke like other KTM products comes equipped with WP suspension. The bike is currently scheduled only for European and other international markets but not India. As per reports, the bike will go on sale by the end of 2017 or by early 2018 and will be introduced as a replacement for the current on-sale 690 Duke and 690 Duke R.
