New Honda Accord Launched at Rs 37.01 Lakh in India

The iconic Japanese auto-maker, Honda has reintroduced one of the highly awaited cars in the Indian market, the Accord. The car has been priced at a whopping at Rs 37 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi). The car is available for booking at a token amount of Rs 51,000. The company has introduced the hybrid version of the same as the market for hybrid cars is on the rise. The all new Honda Accord Hybrid will face stiff competition from cars including Toyota Camry, Skoda Superb, Chevrolet Cruze, Hyundai Sonata and Volkswagen Passat.

Engine of the Honda Accord Hybrid?

The car is propelled by 2.0-litre 4-cylinder petrol motor coupled with two 1.3kW Lithium ion batteries. The engine produces a healthy 141bhp of maximum power while an additional 75bhp of power is produced by the electric motor.

How is the new Accord different from the old one?

The all new Honda Accord 2016 has been given major changes in terms of high-tech features, looks and power train. It is also far more spacious than ever before but like the previous one the new Honda Accord 2016 comes to India via CBU (completely built-up unit) route.

The car comes loaded with a bunch of features such as new LED detailing on the outside, new bumper, bootlid with chrome touch, 18-inch alloy wheels, revised bumper and large chrome grille. While talking about the interior features the car comes with all new electric power streering, electric sunroof, 7-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, power adjustable front seats, keyless entry, cruise control and much more.
