2017 Triumph Bobber unveiled in the UK

We still remember what Logan (The Wolverine) used to ride in the iconic cartoon series – The X-Men Evolutions, it was something very close to what the Triumph Motorcycles has just unveiled. It is the 2017 Triumph Bobber, and yes it looks a real badass.

The new 2017 Triumph Bobber was revealed in the UK a few days back and the same came right after the launch of the Bonneville T100 range and also Triumph Street Cup retro-racer range.

Which engine does the Bobber use?

The 2017 Triumph Bobber is propelled by a 1200cc parallel-twin HT (High Torque) engine, which is also seen on the highly famous Bonneville T120 series. Thanks to the all-new twin-chamber airbox this engine produces higher torque figures and is more powerful than the standard form. Also, the new slash-cut exhaust system makes the bike lighter when compared to the ones on the Bonneville T120. The bike has been bolted around a newly designed frame to give it a conventional bobber look.

Talking about the paint schemes, it is available in colors including modello red, jet black, ironstone and competition green/frozen silver.

Which electronics does it have?

Like all Triumph models, the Bobber too gets a standard ABS. Apart from that, it has ride-by-wire, switchable traction control, torque assist clutch and different ride modes for different terrain.

What about the price?

The iconic British brand is still to reveal details on the pricing part. It is only until December will we get an idea on its pricing.

Will we get this in India?

Yes, we will get this in India by early 2017.

Stay tuned as Autocargurus bring you further updates on this.
