The 2017 Kawasaki Ninja 650 gets sharper, lighter and meaner!

The Japanese motorcycle maker, Kawasaki has dropped the bombshell, 2017 Ninja 650 at the INTERMOT show. The bike has received significant updates from inside out. It has transformed into a sharper, lighter, meaner looking machine. Cosmetically the bike has been upgraded with sleeker looking twin headlights at the front, sharper fairing, new tail section, new exhaust, seats, fuel tank and much more. The now looks completely different from the current generation Ninja 650 and has grown into a more aggressive motorcycle.

While talking about the mechanicals, the bike now gets a completely new swing arm and tubular chassis, thanks to the upgrades the 2017 Ninja 650 is 19kgs lighter than its predecessor. There no significant updates on the engine part but it is now BS-4 compliant. But since the weight has been reduced drastically, the bike will have an enormous boost in the power to weight ratio. We expect the bike to be launched by mid-2016 at a slightly higher price tag than the present. Stay tuned as we bring you more updates.
